I love a good marinade and this is a good marinade! Packed full of sweet and spicy flavor that does its job while you are at yours or while you dream sweet dreams of steak and a cold beer!

This gochujang marinated skirt steak cooks in just 6 minutes and rests for 5 while you make your pretty darn amazing side. Glazed with a combo of spicy gochugaru (Korean chili flakes), sweet brown sugar, and salty soy sauce then tossed on the grill to add some char. These spicy glazed baby bok choy are going to be a mainstay grillin vedge!

And because its fun to dip I have a ginger gochujang sauce to serve alongside this flavor bomb!

Instructions
Marinade
  1. In leak proof container combine all of the marinade ingredients.  Add skirt steak to marinade and toss lightly to coat.  Place in refrigerator over night or at least 6 hours.

Sauce
