Plums are a sweet and tart stone fruit that make the perfect dessert. I love them grilled on pound cake, baked into a tart with cinnamon ice cream and who doesn’t love plum pudding. This week I am going to need to go savory and I’m excited for the challenge.
I am finding baby bok choy more and more in the salad mixes at my market. I love spring mix and spinach but both can become kinda boring after a week full of salads. Easily added to stir fry and omelets with no prep baby bok choy is full of vitamins and amazing!
Shredded carrots are my “I’m too tired to bust out the food processor” savior! They can be tossed into soups, salads, wraps and sandwiches to up the veggie count all while saving you time!
