This week’s snap your supper ingredients are:
A well marbled prime ribeye is my favorite steak period. It needs no adornments only a dusting of salt and pepper to be fantastic! Generally I will simply toss one on the grill and 8 minutes later you have a great meal!
While I was pregnant with my son pomegranate juice, club soda and a lime was my favorite treat. Very refreshing and totally hit the spot when I was just plain tired of water and milk 🙂 . The seeds or arils are the perfect pop of tart when you need to brighten up a chickens salad or dip.
Fennel is once again on my list! Slow roasted fennel is amazingly sweet and caramelized. Fresh I love it shaved into a salad with a strong cheddar. I love fennel and am always excited to incorporate it in my meals.
