I love scallops! Unfortunately in my house its just me and my kindergartener that share the love! Oh well, more for me as I test recipes this weekend!
Bing cherries are an absolute treat for me. So expensive that I feel slightly guilty purchasing them and then hoarding them for myself in the dark corner of the fridge that no one looks:) I just hope I don’t eat them all before I come up with my dish!
Fennel pollen is new to my pantry and I can’t wait to try it! My five year old thinks it looks like pixie dust and is convinced something very cool is about to go down!
