Weekly Supper Ingredients: Tilapia & Sunchokes

22 Mar
Tilapia and Sunchokes

Tilapia is not a fish I cook with frequently and maybe that should change. It is inexpensive and a mild tasting white fish for those that can’t get behind the more bold flavored fish. I am hoping I can get my kids to like it!

Sunchokes are amazing nobby little gems! They don’t have to be peeled which is a huge win, they are potatoes slightly nutty doppleganger, and they make killer soup! I guess you can tell that I really like sunchokes. They are on there way out of season but honestly these are the best I have seen all winter.

Be sure to check back Tuesday to see my recipe and remember to share your creative dishes with #snapyoursupper !
